On, Monday March 16, all pleadings are to be filed in the Motions-Intake Dept. Located in RM 210 of the clerk's office.
Motions will be accepted from 8:15 AM to 3 PM for Sections: A, C, K, and Magistrate
If you desire to obtain a hearing date and/or a judge's signature, you can bring the pleading(s) to the particular section of the court after you have filed your pleading(s) in the clerk of court's office.

PLEASE BRING (3) COPIES OF THE MOTION THAT WILL BE FILED. MOTIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ATTORNEY'S NAME, BAR NUMBER, PHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS ARE INCLUDED ON THE MOTION.
