CRIMINAL DISTRICT COURT ORDERS
Criminal District Court will implement Phase II of its Continuity of Operations Plan as it re-opens
the Court, on a limited basis, Monday, June 1, 2020 at 9 a.m.
Sections of Court will open daily, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
on a staggered court schedule.
Magistrate will operate at 3:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and weekends and on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom Courtroom.
Jury Trials have been suspended until further notice.
