If in case of a disaster, the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court (Sections A - L) will be moved to Pineville, LA.

Magistrate court will remain in the city of New Orleans. Should a mandatory evacuation of the city be ordered, Magistrate Court will be held in Angola, Louisiana.

In the event of a disaster or emergency where an evacution of the City of New Orleans has been ordered, employees are required to provide the Court with their most current personal information (i.e., Your name, section/area where you work, telephone number(s), and new address).
