FILING MOTIONS

All motions are to be filed in the Clerk of Court's Office in the Section in which the matter is pending. After filing, motions are to be delivered to the respective Section which will then schedule a hearing for the motion to be heard. The Clerk shall then notify the defense counsel and the District Attorney of the date of the hearing.
